  1. Most dangerous thing anyone can do is get up in the morning, after that being human in the 21st Century is an adventure in itself. I’m 47 and have a list of extreme activities behind me, none done for fun or sport and some involuntary; happy now to look at pictures of people doing stuff which is why I like your blog. Great stuff!

  2. hi Lesley, I have an adventure for you & your friends to put on their BUCKET LISTS…. a 425 mile bike Race around the Cascade Mountains. It’s called the Coup de Cascades. You can see more info here on our website http://www.coupdecascades.org you could have a team or do it solo…all the money we raise this year goes to ending polio. Next year…a new charity.

Hope to see you and some friends! It’s a blast….we are still small, but starting to draw some big names to this event. It’s only our 2nd year, but our 1st as a RAAM (Race Across America) qualifier…which is pretty cool.
